Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Work as a member of the Early Head Start (EHS) and Head Start (HS) team to plan and implement center based programs for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, and their families. Direct the EHS plan and HS plan, and implement daily activities which promote language, cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development for children, birth to age 5.
Ensure that the center maintains compliance with the Head Start/EHS performance standards and licensing requirements.
Required Experience: Early Childhood experience
Preferred Qualifications: Early Head Start and Head Start experience. Bilingual staff encouraged

General Description
To apply professional expertise and oversight in the ERSEA (Enrollment, Recruitment, Selection, Eligibility and Attendance) Department, ensuring that the agency complies with all regulations. Analyze, plan and implement systems. Plan and provide training related to enrollment systems, policies and procedures for the department and agency.
Work Experience Requirements:
Requires knowledge and experience in data collection and information processes and systems along with knowledge of childcare regulations, policy and procedure compliance.
Advance computer literacy including: database management, spreadsheet, word processing, internet, and email.
Excellent communication skills: written and verbal.
Excellent diagnostic and problem solving skills.
Training and training development for small and large groups.
Knowledge of Head Start Performance Standards, philosophy and mission desirable.
