Full-Time Employees Agency Benefit Package   
Agency Benefits:   
Full-time employees are eligible for Agency benefits after successfully completing the Agency's trial-service/probation period: 520 hours (65 days).
  
Federal Holidays:   
6 per year
  
Floating Holidays:   
4 per year
  
Annual Leave: Non-Exempt Hourly Employees   
First 24 working months:  .05 hours per 1 hour worked
Calendar years 2 through 4:  .0625 hours per 1 hour worked
Calendar years 5 through 14:  .075 hours per 1 hour worked
Calendar years 15 and over:  .0875 hours per 1 hour worked
  
Annual Leave: Exempt Salaried Employees   
First 24 working months:  12 days per calendar year beginning January 1
Calendar years 2 through 4:  15 days per calendar year beginning January 1
Calendar years 5 through 14:  18 days per calendar year beginning January 1
Calendar years 15 and over:  21 days per calendar year beginning January 1
  
Sick Leave: Non-Exempt Hourly Employees   
First 24 working months:  .05 hours per 1 hour worked
Calendar years 2 and over:  .0625 hours per 1 hour worked
  
Sick Leave: Exempt Salaried Employees   
First 24 working months:  12 days per calendar year beginning January 1
Calendar years 2 and over:  15 days per calendar year beginnig January 1
  
Insurance Fringe:   
$1.00 an hour paid/worked
  
Retirement:   
403B Retirement Plan

The employee is eligible to participate in a 403(b) plan by salary reduction after successfully completing 12 working months of employment

The Agency contributes to employee's retirement plan after employee completes 24 working months of employment

The employee is 100% vested in retirement plan after 24 working months
 
  
Emergency Leave:   
Three days per year - January 1 through December 31 (see Personnel Policy Manual for details) 
  
Inclement Weather Days:   
Three days per year - January 1 through December 31 (see Personnel Policy Manual for details) 
  
Life Insurance:   
$10,000 Term Life Insurance Policy through AFLAC
